PRE-EMPLOYMENT MINIMUM REQUIRMENT ASSESSMENT

Please read and initial the requirements below, if you do not meet these requirements, there is no reason to apply.

Must have a clean criminal and driving record, as well as a valid Texas Driver's License. all applicants are subject to a background check.

Drugs, alcohol, and Tobacco are prohibited. This company has a strict no Drug/alcohol policy. You must agree to a random drug testing program.

Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and understand that emergencies arise and you may be called to assist. Notify your supervisor any time you will be out of town or unavailable on your days off so you won't be disturbed.

Must have a personal telephone number where you can be reached at all times.

Must have a reliable "personal" vehicle and proof of current liability insurance coverage.

Must supply your own equipment. Equipment includes but not limited to: black shoesboots, flashlight, handcuffs (if you have an endorsement), duty belt, and weapon. Uniform shirt, badge, name badge, pants, belt, and jacket will be provided.

Must be neat in appearance. Males must be clean shaven or well groomed beard/mustache and appearance of uniforms (clean and pressed) are strictly enforced.

You will be responsible for all state requirement fees and any schools (Commissioned, etc.) State registration and training fees range from $175.00 - $350.00

Must be able to complete a written/typed report at various times. Handwriting and spelling is important. Basic computer skills are preferred as many reports are not generated on a computer.

Must be able to stand and walk outdoors/indoors for extended periods of time.

Must be able to follow directions and take orders from supervisors.

State requirements mandate a minimum age of 18 years.

Must be able to work extended periods of time without using tobacco products as this is a tobacco-free company.

Must have a high school diploma or a GED equivalent for employment.

I hereby authorize GUARDIAN PI, INC to investigate my background and qualifications for purposes of evaluating whether I am qualified for the position for which I am applying.
